Reimagine the possibilities with the new wireless network as it offers several avenues to enjoy high-speed and secure connection to the internet and university resources. Whether you need to reply to emails, stream a video for class, or simply browse the web, our Wi-Fi can get the job done. The Wi-Fi is free and available for all faculty, staff, students, and visitors by using the appropriate connections below.

  • UTA WiFi is the recommended connection for faculty, staff, students, and affiliates using their NetID and password (Anyone with a UTA SSO Account). It offers greater connectivity, faster uploading and downloading speeds, and extended internet coverage.

  • UTA Auto Login is used for older devices that do not support Wi-Fi 6 and cannot be connected to UTA WiFi. It offers faculty, staff, students, and affiliates using their NetID and password (Anyone with a UTA SSO Account).

  • UTA Bonjour is designed to allow Wi-Fi enabled devices such as a smart TV, robot, or streaming device to connect using the associated MAC address.

  • UTA Guest offers the convenience of connecting visitors to the internet immediately by accepting the "Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service."

  • Eduroam allows visiting professors from other educational and research institutions to login with their institutions' credentials. Only available for participating institutions.
