The Help Desk is here to help our students, faculty and staff with technical issues and IT requests. We encourage you to try our Service Portal tile to find common answersand and submit tickets. Exploring the other tiles will expand your support and request options.

If you would like to email help desk you may do so by using this address - helpdesk@uta.edu, response times to emails may be slower than using the ticket system.
