The CRM Program current status is Green, within timeline and budget.
The CRM Program continues to gain momentum and excitement from faculty and staff:
- UTA is pleased to announce we have selected Technolutions Slate as our CRM solution.
- The CRM Team, Enrollment Management, and the schools/colleges have completed the Future State Analysis Process with Strata Information Group. We have gained great insight on how state of the art business processes can be adapted to UTA.
- UTA is engaging Technolutions, from a program perspective, to map out our next steps.
- Risks – Risks are minimal at this time. Due diligence and governance will be used to ensure risks are identified early with mitigation plans.
