Guest Access in MyMav allows students to share specific aspects of their student information with guests (parents, guardians, et cetera).

This new feature will give students the ability to designate read-only access to Academic Records, Admissions, Accounts, To Do List, Academic Progress, Manage Classes, Personal Information, and Financial Aid. 

Students can customize what guests can see. Guests will have secure access to the Student Homepage in MyMav using their own unique login credentials.



This project aims to enhance communication between the student, the student’s support network, and the University regarding student information. 

Various support teams at the University are overwhelmed with inquiries during peak times during registration, payments, and admissions activities.  This feature will allow guests to get answers quickly and reduce the need for phone calls, emails, and meetings.
