Project Committees

Executive and Steering Committees have been established to provide guidance and support for successful implementation.

Executive Committee

The group is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the organizational change management, evaluating organizational impact and key considerations in planning and managing the organizational change. Executive Committee members will champion the change and help the organization increase buy-in, comfort and support for change across departments, thereby increasing the success of the new business processes. The group will provide project oversight and make timely decisions, establish priorities and resolve issues escalated from the Project Sponsors and/or Project Manager.

Steering Committee

This group will be developing a strong understanding of the capabilities of TCP and integration with PeopleSoft (UT Share), identifying business units’ needs and objectives and how this can be addressed with the new system/process, identifying key processes and benefits that can be facilitated by the new application. The member of the group will act as a project sponsor and communicate the project objectives and status to your organization.
