Project Overview
This project will ensure all UTA computing devices are upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Microsoft is enacting the end-of-life (EOL) phase and discontinuing Windows 10 support on October 14, 2025. This project ensures users are operating on devices that are secure, compliant and efficient.
The new Windows 11 operating system offers advanced protection against cyber threats and improved system performance. By adopting Windows 11, the University reaffirms its commitment to providing a secure, efficient, and future-ready digital infrastructure for faculty, staff, and students.
