The Instructional Technology Services (ITS) delivers exceptional and outstanding services to our students, staff, faculty and partners. We look forward to helping our students succeed and encourage them to take advantage of our many resources. We want to be recognized as technology experts within the department of OIT and around campus. Our intended role is to serve our stakeholders by providing a closer connection to our customers, enabling us to better understand their current and future needs. This team helps the departments deliver successful projects and services by providing them with customer intelligence, impact assessments, communication channels, and a mechanism to solve issues as they arise.

About AVS

Contribute to the fulfillment of campus research and instructional goals and objectives by providing professional technical and instructional AV support for the benefit of faculty and student learning at the University of Texas at Arlington.

AV Support strives to deliver reliable, innovative, and user-centered multimedia solutions that enhance teaching, learning, research, and campus events. We provide expert technical support, maintain state-of-the-art AV infrastructure, and foster a collaborative environment where faculty, staff, and students can seamlessly integrate audio-visual technology into their academic and creative pursuits.
