Slate listening sessions hosted in Teams

UTA's CRM team hosted listening sessions in Microsoft Teams on Nov. 15 and Nov. 17. The listening sessions are designed to bring awareness to the Slate CRM system, demonstrate Slate features, and identify needs from those who handle graduate recruitment and applications.

Various members of graduate programs and admissions were in attendance to discuss the upcoming Slate graduate application. UTA's CRM team gathered valuable feedback from the campus community and will consider participant responses while planning the Slate implementation. Future listening session dates will be announced when available.

Attendance

For the Nov. 15 and Nov. 17 listening sessions, eighty-one (81) participants were invited. Forty-three (43) participants joined the Nov. 15 session, while thirty-three (33) joined the Nov. 17 session. The total attendance across both meetings was seventy-six (76), resulting in a 94% response rate.

Were the listening sessions recorded?

Scott Geer, CRM Director for Enrollment Management, presented a Slate demo that was recorded and available to view in Microsoft Stream.

The Q&A portion was not recorded to allow candid conversations between participants and the CRM team.
