The program team will begin installing updated technology in Science Hall on December 9. Our goal is to complete the work prior to the winter break. The impacted classrooms are 110, 114, 117, 119, 122, 127, 130, 216 and 223.
We have also finalized the installation schedule for Spring 2025. The program team will focus on six classrooms in the Engineering Research Building (ERB) beginning in March. The rooms include ERB 106, 184, 207, 273, 279, 280.
The program team is currently evaluating which classrooms will be included in Summer 2025 installation. Contacts for each of those classrooms will be contacted by the program team in the coming months to discuss need and availability.
What’s next?
The provost has also charged the program team with collecting room inventories of all classrooms on campus that have not yet been updated. However, this does not guarantee updates will happen. The goal is to determine what equipment is in every teaching space on campus to provide consistency for our faculty and students.
